Comfortably furnished the villa comprises 3 bedrooms, one double(made up of 2 adjoining single beds) with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedded rooms that share a full bathroom with shower over bath.

The fitted kitchen is well equipped and provides full cooking facilities,washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.

The comfortably furnished lounge has a satellite TV system together with DVD player and cassette player.  There is also a video.

Patio doors in the lounge lead to a large covered area which acts as an extension to the house and is furnished with comfortable sofas.    This area overlooks the privated heated 7m x 3m swimming pool with roman steps for safe and easy entry.

There is a large built in BBQ with patio furniture providing a private setting for al fresco dining.

There is also a separate walled terrace which is completely secluded and is perfect for private sunbathing.

A safe is provided for client use.
