This comfortably furnished villa is centrally situated in the Las Villas area of Puerto del Carmen, just 250 yds   to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops.  The villa is situated in the flat area of Puerto del Carmen and lies at the end of a private pedestrian walkway ensuring peace and quiet.

The accommodation is situated on two floors with the bedrooms on the ground floor. The sleeping accommodation consists of one double bedroom with a door leading to a bunk bedroom for children.  There are a further two twin bedded rooms

On the ground floor there is a full bathroom with shower over bath and an additional bathroom on the upper floor together with a comfortably furnished lounge with TV, video and radio cassette player. Double doors lead from the lounge onto a balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and BBQ for al fresco dining.

The kitchen comprises microwave oven   fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is also a safe and washing machine.
