This lovely light and airy 4 bedroom detached villa is situated behind the Timanfaya Palace area in Playa Blanca and are approx. 7 minutes walk to the promenade and seafront which is suitable for wheelchairs.

This villa has been equipped with facilities for the disabled.

Villa B has a safe, satellite TV in the living room, a modern well equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven microwave, washing machine, and electric coffee percolator.

The bedrooms in Villa B comprise three bedrooms with double beds(including the master) and the other  bedroom is twin bedded.There are 3 bathrooms/shower rooms

The very large master bedroom  has an en-suite which has been specifically designed for wheelchair users and a special toilet with fixed bars for easy use.

The terraces have a covered dining area, there is also a BBQ for al fresco dining.

The private pool is approx. 8m x 3.5m and is complete with a poolside shower.

Villas Don Pepe are located in the south of Lanzarote where you can enjoy the sun from dawn to dusk whilst gazing at the wonderul view of the Islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura.

Villa A and Villa B are next door to one another and, therefore, are ideal for larger parties.

Services

For guests staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service. The owners provides a small welcome pack containing wine, coffee, tea, water and fruit.

The owner will collect a cash, fully refundable 150 euros security deposit against breakages on arrival, which will be refunded on the day of departure.

Car Requirements

A car is not considered essential for this villa. We would be happy to arrange your car hire requirements to be collected on arrival at the airport or delivered to your place of stay.  Click for more details
