A quality villa on two floors situated in the village of Oasis de Nazaret which is between the capital of Arrecife and the old principle town of Teguise. The pool terrace is very private. There are two restaurants in the vicinity as well as a supermarket. The nearest beach is a short drive away. The property is furnished with good taste to ensure a most comfortable holiday stay. There is a dining room with table and 8 chairs and a display cupboard. The fully fitted kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and double sink. A large bedroom with double bed and a shower room are on ground floor level. A few steps take you down to the lounge with TV and video two sofas, chair and coffee table again with patio doors giving views of the pool and access to the garden terrace and swimming pool area. The spacious master bedroom with double bed has a garden feature and en suite bathroom. There is also a dressing room with washing machine. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to the swimming pool terraces. Adjacent, the dressing room has fitted wardrobes and also houses the washing machine and has access to the drying area. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms one with twin beds and the other a double bed. This has patio doors onto a large terrace of approx 4m x 7m from here you can look over the pool area and out over the village and countryside. There is a further full bathroom. To the side of the house there is a garden patio of approx 10 x 3m with wooden table and chairs and pergola above. A low gate gives access to the pool which is approx. 8m x 4m which has roman steps for safe and easy entry. The pool is electrically heated and has a cover to keep it warm at night To complete your outdoor enjoyment a built in BBQ is situated near the kitchen for al fresco dining.
