This elegant and beautifully  furnished 3 bedroom luxury villa is very popular with our clients as it is ideally situated in the Los Mojones area for those wishing for peace and quiet during the day with a huge variety of things to do in the evenings.

Within walking distance of the main resort of Puerto del Carmen and the charming old harbour and beaches there is also a supermarket and restaurants approximately 2 minutes walk away.

Built on one level the beautifully furnished light and airy lounge has leather sofas, digital TV with a selection of english channels.  There is also a hi fi system for playing tapes and CDs.  A video player and DVD are provided.

The dining area has seating for 6.   Patio doors lead to very large sunbathing terraces and private secluded heated swimming pool with roman steps for safe and easy entry.

The swimming pool is approximately 9 metres by 5 metres and there is also a hot tub jacuzzi available at an additional charge.

The beautifully furnished master bedroom has double bed, walk in dressing room and ensuite facilities comprising walk in shower and hairdryer.

There is a further double and a twin bedded room.  These bedrooms share a full shower room with WC, basin, bidet and walk in shower and wall mounted hair dryer.

Ceiling fans are provided in the 2 double bedrooms

The well equipped and spacious kitchen comprising a further dining suite with seating for 6.  Everything is provided to make self catering easy as there is a microwave, full oven,hob,extractor,dishwasher,toaster,electric kettle, washing machineand large fridge/freezer.
