Situated in a quiet residential area    approximately 10 to 15 minutes drive to the centre of Puerto del Carmen with its yellow sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all amenities that Puerto del Carmen offers including the charming old harbour with its many fish restaurants

This  three bedroomed, two bathroomed comfortably furnished villa comprises the following .

The master bedroom incorporates a   fully fitted en-suite bathroom.

There are two further twin bedded rooms and a shower room

The fully fitted kitchen comprises full oven and hob, electric kettle, microwave,toaster,dishwasher,fridge/freezer and  washing machine.

The dining area has seating for 6.
The spacious lounge has digital TV with limited english channels

Patio doors lead onto the spacious sun, BBQ  and swimming pool terraces.
Outside there are spacious sunbathing terraces and a heated swimming pool approx. 6.5m x 4m.

Patio furniture and sun loungers provided for clients comfort

Enjoy alfresco dining in the BBQ area whilst the sun goes down.
