Your Security

In accordance with "The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tour Regulations 1992" all passengers booking with Just Lanzarote are fully protected for the initial deposit and the balance of all monies paid including repatriation if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Just Lanzarote.

At your holiday destination

Our professional and friendly  representatives will meet you at the airport if you have booked a car hire.

On arrival at your villa you will enjoy a bottle of wine, beer- cup of tea or coffee if you prefer - and soft drinks for the children on the swimming pool terrace.

Once settled in our Property Manager  will visit to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction and give you information to help you make the most of your holiday and point you in the direction of the best sights to see.

Our holiday representatives are always available for helps, hints, problems, questions or anything that will make your stay as enjoyable as possible - we care about your holiday vacations.
